How it works

1) Book an appointment or screen for symptoms under the Services tab.

2) Make sure you have the necessary technology in order to successfully see a doctor. This includes a computer or other device with a camera, microphone, and specified video calling technology.

3) Fill out any important forms involving insurance symptoms, or other information (these wil be emailed to you).

4) Access your appointment through the link emailed to you after booking.

5) Receive top-quality video healthcare.

6) You will receive your bill and options to pay it off within 24 hours of the appointment.

Advantages

Our doctors can still prescribe medicines and treatments, even online

24/7 access to care and customer service

You can receive care from your own home, and without breaking the bank

Our customer service correspondents and on-call medical staff can respond to problems almost immediately

At-risk patients or those living with at-risk people won’t have to risk exposing themselves or others to the coronavirus

Those living in rural areas, far away from a doctor, or who don’t have transportation can access healthcare.

Our service can also schedule you for an in-person appointment, if telehealth won’t provide enough care.

Disadvantages

Unfortunately there are some limitations to telehealth, and thus there will be some conditions we can’t test for or diagnose you with.

This means there will also be some procedures we can’t do, such as vaccines, taking blood, X-rays, or COVID testing.

Slow internet or lacking technology may make it harder for some people to use our service.

For some people, in-person healthcare is a requirement, which we fully realize and understand.
